Options

      Options can be found at the Tools menu. This feature will let you configure many aspects of the program, for example, colour, style, etc. There are 4 main settings, to change to other setting just press the button on the left. However, after you set the setting, you have to press "Apply" if you want to load your settings next time you start the program.

  1. Editor Settings:

         This setting let you config the default setting for your editing area, for example, font name, size, colour, etc.
  2. Toolbar Settings:

           In order to change the toolbar settings, you have to press "Customize Toolbars" button.

    That button will bring you to this form, In here, you can change the colour of the toolbar and what functions you want to display in the toolbar.
  3. Application Settings:

          This settings let you configure the style of the application. For example you can hide the status bar. In addition, there are 3 styles you can change --- Office 2000, Office XP and Mac Office style. In addition, the "Enable Windows XP Visual Style" let you to have a Win XP look of the control. But you have to have Windows XP installed with "Windows XP" theme turned on. Here are the screenshots for those style:

  4. Advance Options:

    This will let you associate the plain text and rich text file type to which program. If you want to associate with other program press "..." button.

      In addition, there are 3 button at the bottom --- "OK", "Cancel" and "Apply" button.
           The "OK" button let you temperatory change the settings of the program. This means after you exit the program, the settings that you make will be cancel.
           The "Cancel" button let you cancel the change you have make.
           The "Apply" button let you save the settings which can load again next time you start the program.
